Panel and circuit work, equipment connections, lighting and project wiring, coordinated with the mechanical work on the same job.
Technical overview
Most mechanical equipment fails to start for an electrical reason: a circuit that cannot carry the load, a disconnect in the wrong place, a control voltage problem, or a panel with no room left in it. Because we install the heating, cooling, plumbing and geothermal equipment as well, our electrical work is planned around what that equipment actually draws and where it has to be connected.
On residential work that usually means new circuits, dedicated supply for heating and cooling equipment, panel changes when capacity runs out, and safe correction of older wiring found during a renovation. On commercial and construction work it means supply and disconnects for rooftop units, pumps, boilers and heat pumps, along with the control wiring that ties the equipment together.
Doing both trades in house removes the gap where projects usually stall. One company sets the equipment, pulls the supply, terminates the connections and commissions the system, so nobody is waiting on another contractor to finish a circuit.

How the work runs
01
We confirm what the equipment draws and what the existing panel and supply can carry before any work is planned.
02
Circuit routing, disconnect locations and control runs are decided with the mechanical layout in mind.
03
Our electrical crew installs the supply, devices and disconnects, and terminates the equipment connections.
04
Circuits are tested and the equipment is started and confirmed running under the controls that operate it.

Both. We take on standalone residential and commercial electrical work, and we also cover the electrical scope on our own HVAC, plumbing and geothermal projects.
