New construction
In-Floor and Hydronic Heating for New Builds
In-floor heating has to go in before the slab or the topping pour, so it belongs in the plan early. We lay out loops, set manifolds and commission the system.
- Loop layout and manifold placement
- Boiler plant sizing and installation
- Zoning by room, floor or unit
- Pressure testing before the pour
Getting it right before the pour
Loop spacing, tubing protection and pressure testing all happen before concrete goes down. We coordinate with the concrete schedule so nothing gets rushed.
Zoning that suits the building
Shops, homes and multi unit buildings all zone differently. We set the system up so occupants can control their own space without fighting the rest of the building.
